We have launched some great updates to Creative Force and are happy to share the release notes with you!
Cheers Matthias and the product team
With the introduction of our ‘Photo Review’ feature, users can now create workflows that include a creative review step, conducted by a customer or internal stakeholder.
When activated, the Photo Review step follows Final Selection and marks the final step in the photography stage, before the images move into post-production.
To perform Photo Review the user needs to be included within the relevant client User Group and have the skill ‘Photo Review’ activated. Within the workflow and Style Guide setup, you can define if Photo Review focusses on 'All Images', only 'Hero images' or a 'custom' range of positions.
The user will pick and start Photo Review tasks via the familiar Kanban page, allowing multiple users with the relevant skill and permissions work on this step.
When performing the photo review task, the user is presented with the images selected at the Final Selection step and has three options:
Approve the image(s)
Review a range of alternative images and replace the selected image
Reject the image(s) back to photography for a reshoot. The rejection can be accompanied with supporting comments and markings.
When reviewing the images, the user can see any comments for post-production made at Photography or Final Selection steps. The user can add additional comments/ markings or remove an existing comment/ marking
Please note: Your existing workflows will not be affected by the introduction of this feature. If you interested to learn more or wish to activate photo review please reach out to your account manager.
We have also released a new kanban view focusing on the photography step. Like all other kanban views the Photography Kanban is reflecting the current state of production to be shot, being shot and those that have been shot and have moved on in the process.
Where a product has been rejected at the photo review step, it will appear in the 'To do' column of the photography kanban marked as a rejection.
