We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill up our Talent Acquisition Intern position:
Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities
- Working along with TA Team to proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using different sourcing strategies
- Support TA Team in managing the process through screening, interviewing to offer stage and beyond
- Working with the team to implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Manage and update the internal database on a daily basis
- Support and follow up employer branding activities
- Other Recruitment tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
- For 4th/3rd/2nd year students or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
- At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
- Good English verbal and written communications
- Full skill practices and applications of MS Office & G Suite
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
- Good design & content skills is a plus
