Enterprise Account Executive
What's the Vibe?
...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together.
And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.
While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:
- We love solving challenging problems.
- We're passionate about the work we do.
- And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, who go the extra mile to support one another, and who make work feel a little less like work.
Lots of job posts claim the same. We think you'll just notice the difference the first time we chat.
What we offer YOU
- Fast-growing and exciting scaleup environment - ranked top #20 in Forbes "Americas Best Startup Employers" for several years in a row.
- Competitive compensation with a strong OTE ratio - successful sellers should be well rewarded.
- 4-5 weeks PTO + 6 days paid sick leave + holidays + healthcare, dental and vision.
- Flat, transparent structure - no red tape. Your ideas will be heard and embraced.
- Dedicated pre-sales support including domain experts and solution engineers, so you can focus on selling.
- Real work-life balance - we see our team members as people, not numbers, and know that a balanced personal and professional life is critical to happiness and long-term fulfillment.
- A growing team with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and career.
- A culture of direct feedback, meritocracy, and genuine empathy; we'll tell you the truth, and we expect the same in return.

What’s the Role?
Our AEs are relationship architects. They understand the complex challenges facing creative operations teams at leading brands and retailers, build genuine connections with decision-makers, and become trusted advisors. Revenue is the goal - we won't pretend otherwise - but the best outcomes come from leading with curiosity and a consultative approach, not pressure tactics.
You'll run full enterprise sales cycles (typically 6-9 months) using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to qualify rigorously, quantify business value, and navigate complex buying committees. You'll have dedicated pre-sales and domain experts in your corner. And you'll travel - because showing up in person moves deals forward.
The market context matters: the shift toward AI-generated content is expanding the need for operational infrastructure to manage it. More content means larger deal sizes and a bigger market. The AEs who can speak to this opportunity will thrive here.
Enterprise Account Executive Self-Assessment
We know what makes a great AE at Creative Force. Here's how to tell if that's you.
You're Relationship-Driven, But Commercially Minded
You ask better questions than you give pitches. You genuinely care about solving real problems - and you also know how to close. You're comfortable navigating procurement, discussing pricing, and advocating for both your customers' needs and Creative Force's value.
For you, relationships and revenue aren't in conflict: one leads to the other.
You're Consultative - and You Make Complexity Simple
You approach sales as a problem-solving exercise. You take time to understand how a prospect's operations work today, where the friction is, and what success looks like for them.
You're as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are in the weeds with an operations team - and in both cases, you explain complex things in a way that's clear, compelling, and human.
You Own Your Pipeline
You don't wait for leads. When you have capacity, you build your own pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and showing up where your buyers are. You're always two steps ahead - anticipating what prospects need, following up with purpose, and thinking about where the next opportunity is coming from.
Pipeline accountability isn't a burden to you, it's how you operate.
You're Excited by What's Next
You're not looking for a role where the playbook is written. You're energized by selling something still being defined, in a market shifting in real time. AI-generated content isn't an abstract trend to you - it's an opening. You're curious, take calculated risks, and are comfortable at the edge of what's known. If you need everything linear before you move, this isn't your environment.
If you thrive on being early - and being right - it might just be.
Who Isn't This Role For?
A few things worth being upfront about.
Location: We're hiring for the US West Coast or Central US. If that's not you, we'd love to chat when the right role opens up.
Pipeline: If you expect a full inbound funnel handed to you, this isn't the right fit. You'll have a lot of support, but the accountability for your forecast starts with you.
And finally: things at Creative Force change. A lot. Our industry, our product, the world - rapid change is everywhere. Some people thrive on the development opportunities, problem solving, innovation, and general rush that change offers. We're certainly those people, and it's one of our biggest competitive advantages. But we know dynamism isn't for everyone. So if you're looking for a more predictable, steady-state environment, we don't blame you - we're probably just not what you're looking for.

We're looking forward to hearing from you! 💜
