Principal Product Manager

Remote, Europe
Product
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people.  As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority...
What's the Vibe?

...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together. We believe the best outcomes happen when talented, high-caliber people come together with a shared sense of purpose, trust each other, and push each other to grow.

And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:

  • We love solving challenging problems.
  • We're passionate about the work we do.
  • And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, go the extra mile for each other, and make work feel a little less like work.

Lots of job posts claim the same. We think you'll just notice the difference the first time we chat.

What we offer YOU
  • A fast-growing, exciting, and fun scaleup environment — with multiple international Employer Awards — and not those awards you can pay for, but the kind of awards given based on Employee reviews. It just doesn’t get any better than that.
  • A flat and transparent organizational structure — no bureaucratic red tape. Your ideas and initiatives will be heard and embraced!
  • True work-life balance — we see our team members as people, not numbers, and know that a balanced personal and professional life is critical to happiness and long-term fulfillment.
  • A collaborative international environment with colleagues across Europe, USA and Asia
  • A growing Product function with opportunities to influence processes, strategy, and customer experience
  • A vibrant work culture grounded in the belief that we’re better together
  • Company trips and events, and much more!
What’s the Role?

We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of Creative Force's products. This is a senior product management role for someone who has already operated at this level and knows how to turn complex business and customer problems into clear product strategy and products that deliver meaningful value.

As Principal Product Manager, you'll work across the full product lifecycle. You'll translate company strategy and customer insight into product direction, identify the most valuable problems to solve, align stakeholders around priorities, and partner closely with Engineering and Design to bring solutions to market.

You'll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence. This means making sound product decisions in situations where the answers are not always obvious, balancing customer needs with business priorities, and creating clarity across teams. You'll also contribute to the broader product organization by raising the quality of product thinking, decision-making, and execution.

What you’ll be doing
  • Translate company and business strategy into clear product strategy and direction.
  • Own the vision and strategy for a significant product area.
  • Balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, strategic priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their workflows, and the problems they are trying to solve.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience and Design throughout discovery, definition, development, and delivery.
  • Lead product launches and help ensure that new capabilities are successfully adopted and deliver value.
  • Partner with Customer Experience and other stakeholders to support product understanding, positioning, and commercial success.
  • Use product demonstrations, customer conversations, and other feedback loops to strengthen product decisions.
  • Communicate product strategy and priorities to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and drive decisions to keep work moving.
  • Contribute to the development of product practices, standards, and ways of working across the organization.
Principal Product Manager Self-Assessment

We know what makes a great Product Manager at Creative Force. Here's how to tell if that's you.

Product leadership and strategic ownership
You know how to translate business objectives and customer needs into a clear product strategy and focused priorities. You are comfortable defining direction, making trade-offs, and taking ownership of a product area from discovery through launch and iteration.

You understand that great product management is not just delivering features. It is a set of deliberate choices designed to deliver customer and business value.

Customer understanding and problem-solving
You have strong customer discovery and problem-framing skills. You know how to investigate customer needs, understand complex workflows, identify the most important problems to solve, and turn insight into meaningful product decisions.

You are comfortable balancing customer requests with broader market opportunities, company objectives, commercial considerations, and technical constraints.

Cross-functional execution
You have experience working in a cross-functional product development environment. You can create clarity around complex problems, facilitate productive discussions, and guide teams from discovery and definition through delivery and launch.

You understand technical feasibility and constraints without needing to be an engineer, and you know how to build strong partnerships across functions.

Product adoption
You understand that a successful launch is only the beginning. You partner closely with Customer Experience to ensure customers discover, adopt, and integrate new capabilities into their everyday workflows, while using customer feedback, usage data, and frontline insights to identify friction and improve adoption over time.

You work collaboratively with CX to distinguish between training, enablement, process, and product opportunities, ensuring that valuable feedback is translated into thoughtful ongoing feature refinement. You partner with CX to help customers realize sustained value from the product, not just delivering features.

Context and adaptability
You operate effectively in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. You are comfortable making progress without perfect information, adapting when new evidence emerges, and bringing structure to situations that are not yet well defined. Experience working with complex workflows, enterprise customers, or operationally critical products would be a plus.

You are strategic, but not detached from execution. You understand that a good product strategy only matters if it leads to focused decisions, strong delivery, successful launches, and meaningful outcomes. You also enjoy raising the bar around you by sharing your experience, improving product practices, and helping other product managers grow.

Who Isn't This Role For?

A few things worth being upfront about.

If you're earlier in your product management career and have not yet owned product strategy end-to-end, this probably isn't the right fit right now. We genuinely hope you'll consider future opportunities as you continue to grow, but for this role, we need someone who can operate independently from day one.

If your experience has focused primarily on project coordination, requirements writing, or delivery management without significant ownership of product direction and prioritization, this may not be the right role for you.

If you prefer a highly defined environment with little ambiguity, this role may be frustrating. Things at Creative Force change. A lot. Our industry, our product, and the world around us are constantly evolving. Some people thrive on the development opportunities, problem solving, innovation, and general rush that change offers. We're certainly those people, and it's one of our biggest competitive advantages.

If you're looking for a role where strategy is set elsewhere and your focus is limited to execution, this is probably not the right opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to shape direction, make decisions, and take accountability for outcomes.

And if you're still not sure whether Creative Force is for you, have a look at our Career Page, where you can read more about what it's like working here.

We're looking forward to hearing from you! 💜
