Senior AI Researcher

Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced AI Researcher to join our team to research AI solutions to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning and be able to quickly learn and understand our business to identify potential areas for AI applications.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Study and understand our current business to identify potential areas where AI can be applied.
• Research and analyze existing AI solutions on the market, evaluate the feasibility of integrating with existing solutions and identify areas for customization.
• Evaluate, customize and fine-tune Generative AI models for specific use cases.
• Develop end-to-end AI demos to showcase the capabilities of the customized solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Product, Sales, Marketing…to ensure the feasibility and success of integration of the customized solutions.
• Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning..

Who We’re Looking For

• Master's or PhD degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning research.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with fine-tuning Generative AI, RAG, SLM models.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI demos and POC.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI models, benchmarking accuracy & quality of AI services/models.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data from feedback loop to improve the AI quality.
• Be able to apply AI into your daily work.
• Being able to develop a front-end app for demo is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluently in English.
