Technical Account Manager

Remote, Europe
Technical Success
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people.   As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority...
What's the Vibe?

...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together. We believe the best outcomes happen when talented, high-caliber people come together with a shared sense of purpose, trust each other, and push each other to grow. That's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with. And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:

  • We love solving challenging problems.
  • We're passionate about the work we do.
  • And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, go the extra mile for each other, and make work feel a little less like work.

Lots of job posts claim the same. We think you'll just notice the difference the first time we chat.

(But don’t just take our word for it. In this video, VP Customer Experience Ian Mitchell and a few members of the Technical Success team provide an overview of the role, what makes a great TAM at Creative Force, and what the culture is like in the team.)

What we offer YOU
  • A fast-growing, exciting, and fun scaleup environment - with multiple international Employer Awards - and not those awards you can pay for, but the kind of awards given based on Employee reviews. It just doesn’t get any better than that. 💜
  • A flat and transparent organizational structure - no bureaucratic red tape. Your ideas and initiatives will be heard and embraced!
  • True work-life balance - we see our team members as people, not numbers, and know that a balanced personal and professional life is critical to happiness and long-term fulfillment
  • A collaborative international environment with colleagues across Europe and USA
  • A growing Technical Success function with opportunities to influence processes, strategy, and customer experience
  • A vibrant work culture grounded in the belief that we’re better together
  • Company trips and events, and much more!
What’s the Role?

We're at a stage of growth where we need to raise the bar in Technical Account Management. That means bringing in someone who has been there, done that, and can help us take the function to the next level.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager - someone who has owned complex Enterprise implementations from start to finish, managed multi-stakeholder environments, and built the kind of trusted technical relationships that keep customers for years.

At Creative Force, our customers are some of the world's biggest brands and retailers. They operate at scale, move fast, and rely on our platform to power complex creative workflows across teams, regions, and markets. Our implementations are not off-the-shelf. They involve multiple stakeholders, layered integrations, global teams, and timelines of 3 to 6 months. They require someone who is technically sharp, exceptionally organized, and genuinely energized by being in front of the customer.

You'll be the primary technical partner for our Enterprise customers across their entire lifecycle with Creative Force - from pre-sales discovery through implementation and into long-term strategic partnership. You'll partner with Sales and the Customer Experience team to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, working solutions. And you'll stay involved long after go-live, helping customers optimize, grow, and get the most out of what we've built together.

This is not a support-adjacent role. This is a technically grounded, customer-facing, implementation-led position for someone who knows exactly what Enterprise Technical Account Management looks like at its best.

Technical Account Manager Self-Assessment

We know what makes a great Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Creative Force. Here's how to tell if that's you.

You've owned Enterprise implementations end to end
You've taken customers from contract signature to go-live — and you've done it more than once. You know what a 3 to 6 month implementation cycle looks like in practice: the discovery calls, the scope creep, the stakeholder who goes quiet, the integration that doesn't behave as expected. You've navigated it all, and you've delivered.

You don't need a playbook handed to you. You've built one. You're confident in your process, and you can bring that structure and expertise into a team that's ready to level up.

You're technical, but you love being in front of the customer
You're comfortable with APIs, integrations, system architecture, and cloud environments. But the technical knowledge isn't the point — it's the tool. You use it to create clarity, solve problems, and build trust in rooms where not everyone speaks the same language.

When something breaks, your first instinct isn't to disappear into a ticket queue. It's to get on a call, understand what's happening, and help the customer move forward.

You thrive in complexity
Multi-stakeholder. Multi-region. Competing priorities. Complex product. Ambiguous requirements. You've worked in environments where nothing is one-size-fits-all, and you've stayed sharp and organized across long, layered project timelines.

When the information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you don't stall. You problem-solve, adapt, and keep things moving - without needing someone to tell you what to do next.

You own the room
You're comfortable leading customer conversations at every level - from technical discovery calls to executive business reviews. You set direction, challenge assumptions, and help teams make the right decisions.

You know how to adapt your communication style without losing precision. Whether you're speaking with an IT architect, an operations lead, or a C-suite decision-maker, you build credibility fast and you know that how you show up on these calls has a direct impact on adoption, retention, and everything that follows.

You challenge with grace
Being customer-focused doesn't mean saying yes to everything. Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do for a customer is push back. You know when the approach being suggested isn't the right one — and you know how to say so in a way that builds trust rather than breaking it.

High emotional intelligence is a core part of this job. You pick up on what's not being said. You know when a project is drifting, when a relationship needs attention, when a stakeholder needs to be brought along differently. And you act on it before it becomes a problem.

You elevate the team around you
You bring frameworks, not just instincts. You're the kind of person who codifies what works, shares it with the team, and helps raise the collective bar. Whether it's an implementation methodology, a stakeholder management approach, or a sharper way of thinking about project risk — your contribution extends beyond your own accounts.

Who Isn't This Role For?

A few things worth being upfront about.

If you're earlier in your career and haven't yet owned Enterprise implementations end to end — including managing long cycles, complex integrations, and multi-stakeholder environments — this isn't the right fit right now. We genuinely hope you'll apply for future roles as you grow, but for this one, we need someone who can hit the ground running.

If you prefer to stay close to the technical side and find the customer-facing element draining rather than energizing, this role will be a mismatch. The best version of this job happens at the intersection of technical depth and genuine love for being in front of people.

On location: We're open to remote candidates across Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Denmark, Poland, UK, Germany, or the Netherlands.

And finally: things at Creative Force change. A lot. Our industry, our product, our customers — rapid evolution is part of the deal. Some people thrive on the pace, the ownership, and the constant learning. We're certainly those people. But if you're looking for a steady-state, highly structured environment, we're probably not the right fit.

If you're still not sure whether Creative Force is for you, have a look at our Career Page, where you can read more about what it's like working here.

How to apply?

As part of your application, we'd love to receive a short video introducing yourself. It doesn't need to be polished or produced. The goal is authenticity. In your video, we'd love to hear:

  • Who you are and what has shaped your approach to Technical Account Management
  • Why Creative Force and why now

If you'd like to attach a CV (optional), please do — and send it in English.

Once you've recorded your video, simply include the link in your application form.

We’re looking forward to meeting you and hearing your story! 💜
