Creative Force received a perfect score for "Easiest to Do Business With," becoming the only entrant in this G2 category to get unanimous approval in this area for Winter 2022. It's a badge of honor for Creative Force because it fits so well with our company's ethos of being customer-centric and helping creatives focus on the work they love.
Being easy to work with is about more than providing a clean interface and intuitive UX, though those emphases help. It's about being a true partner to studios for the duration of their use, especially by providing ongoing support for the platform. That commitment was acknowledged by our users again with a 100% score for quality of support and the "Best Support" badge in the Winter 2022 Grid Report.
The service that Creative Force offers, from onboarding through support, along with a robust feature set helped our platform earn an overall score of 91, far exceeding the average mark of 72 for others in the category in this quarter's report. That total brought Creative Force the "High Performer" badge for the third quarter in a row.
Liked, Loaded, and Pointed in the Right Direction
Along with bringing back its three badges, Creative Force earned other high scores as part of the quarterly report based entirely on user reviews and feedback.
For Likelihood to Recommend, G2 respondents earned Creative Force the first place spot with a score of 96%.
Creative Force also came in first place with two perfect scores, one for respondent's feedback on the question of is the Product Going in the Right Direction and the other about a specific feature, Creative Force's handling of Digital Assets.
