In 1999, he founded MCB, an eCommerce agency. In 2011, he co-founded Pixelz, an AI-powered retouching vendor for eCommerce retailers, with current Creative Force CTO Tejs Rasmussen. In 2019, Thomas and Tejs spun out the workflow software division of Pixelz, founding Creative Force.
Thomas is passionate about leveraging technology to bridge the gap between creativity and technology in the world of eCommerce.
Thomas has a bachelor's degree in international business from Aarhus University.

At PwC he provided auditing and tax consulting services to a wide range of companies, from small businesses to publicly-traded companies.
With a strong background in auditing and financial management, Thomas brings extensive expertise in financial strategy and operations to Creative Force.
Thomas has a master's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from University of Southern Denmark.

Emil is the Chief Marketing Officer at Creative Force.
He previously co-founded Sleeknote and scaled it to acquisition by Drip. Following the acquisition, he served as CMO of Drip and Contractbook and as an advisor for companies like monday.com, Mixpanel, Clearbit, and BESTSELLER.
Emil brings deep expertise in growth strategy, marketing operations, and go-to-market execution to Creative Force.
Emil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Studies from Aarhus University.

With a background in auditing and operations management at Ernst & Young (EY), Astrid brings a wealth of experience in process optimization, resource planning, and strategic decision-making, and a passion for creating value and driving efficiency.
She oversees recruitment, personnel management, and the development of human resources (HR) processes at Creative Force.
Astrid has a master's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from Aarhus University.

Jeff leads the global sales organization at Creative Force, helping brands and retailers adopt technology that transforms creative operations and scales content production efficiency.
He brings deep experience in sales leadership and go-to-market strategy, having scaled revenue teams at high-growth tech companies. Prior to Creative Force, he was VP of Sales at Snapdocs and held leadership roles at Segment, Harness, AppDynamics, and Compuware.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Illinois University.

Ian leads Customer Success at Creative Force, partnering with online retailers to drive adoption, maximize platform value, and ensure long-term success.
He brings extensive experience in customer success and client services, with previous leadership roles at Canto and Pixelz. His career has focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering scalable solutions for creative teams.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.
