Duy Dinh Cong

AI Engineer

What makes someone dive headfirst into Artificial Intelligence and stick around long enough to make a career out of it? For Duy Dinh Cong, AI Engineer at Creative Force, it started with an early love for math and turned into a passion for solving problems that actually matter.
We caught up with Duy to talk about his work, his take on AI's future at Creative Force, and how he manages to keep pace in a field that basically reinvents itself every other week.

So Duy, how did you end up in AI in the first place?

Honestly, it started way back when I was in school and obsessed with math. Once I got to university and saw how math connects with AI models and how those models can solve real problems, I was hooked.

It wasn't just about theory anymore. Suddenly, math wasn't just numbers on paper, it was powering real solutions and creating technology people could use. That mix of knowledge, creativity, and real-world impact made me want to go all in.

What's life like as an AI Engineer at Creative Force?

Our team builds AI solutions that help e-commerce companies create digital content more efficiently. Think: reducing costs (like fewer traditional photoshoots) and automating repetitive tasks.

The process is always: figure out where AI can bring value, design and build the solution, integrate it into our platform, and keep improving it once it's live. We work closely with the software engineers so everything runs smoothly.

The best part? Watching something we've built actually make a difference for users. That's when all the research, testing, and late-night debugging feel worth it.

AI is moving at the speed of light right now. How do you keep up?

It's true, there's always a shiny new model dropping that promises to outperform the last. Our approach is: try fast, evaluate properly, deploy smart.

We'll quickly test a new model, measure it against clear benchmarks for quality, performance, and cost, and if it checks out, we roll it into production. That way, we stay flexible and innovative without breaking the systems our customers rely on.

Where do you think AI will make the biggest impact at Creative Force?

Honestly, not just in the product itself. It's in how everyone at Creative Force uses AI day-to-day. Developers, testers, project managers... if each person uses AI the right way, productivity jumps across the board.

The cool thing here is that leadership really encourages this. People are free to experiment, share what works, and learn from each other. That kind of culture is what turns AI from "just a feature" into a company-wide advantage.

Speaking of culture, what makes collaboration work for you?

The flat structure helps a lot. I can talk directly to PMs, Team Leaders, Solution Architects, and even the CTO, without wading through layers of approval. It makes decision-making faster and gives me different perspectives to learn from.

Plus, whenever requirements change, we regroup to align on priorities and responsibilities. That way, no one's left guessing, and solutions come out stronger.

What about Creative Force makes you feel most at home?

The flexibility and the people. I get to work in a way that suits me, with hours that fit my rhythm. And then there's my colleagues, talented, friendly, always willing to help. That combination makes it easy to feel connected and motivated.

And outside of work, how do you recharge?

Exercise is my go-to. It helps me clear my head, stay balanced, and keep my energy up for both work and life.
