AI Engineer

Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team to develop and implement AI solutions to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning and software architecture, with experience in implementing and deploying enterprise AI services on cloud platforms. Additionally, this candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Study and understand our current business to identify potential areas where AI can be applied.
• Develop, implement and deploy AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.
• Monitor & optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the AI team and software engineers to build, integrate, and maintain AI models in production systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Work collaboratively with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services.
• Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning and AI application architectures.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning and software engineering.
• Strong Python, FastAPI programming skills.
• Strong experience in cloud computing (AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS…etc).
• Familiar with microservices, event driven architectures.
• Familiar with setup a data pipeline with cost efficiency and security in mind.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn.
• Experience fine-tuning generative AI models is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and integrate AI solutions to SaaS systems.
• Familiar with software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, and deployment.
• Be able to apply AI into your daily work.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good in English communication.
