The role

As a Business Controller at Creative Force, you will play a pivotal role in the financial success of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass financial and business analysis reporting combined with a strong emphasis on strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive our business forward.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly reports, linking our internal financial reporting to the organization, to aid in decision-making and financial planning
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of the annual financial report, collaborating with the financial group controller and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead in the implementation of various systems, including HRIS (“Go live” within the next few months), ERP (Implementation within the next 1-2 years), and assist in implementing financial planning software (Implementation within the next 1-2 years)
  • Act as a bridge between the finance department and other business units, fostering collaboration and providing financial insights to drive business growth
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate financial projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and achievement of project goals.
  • Minor degree of ad-hoc and administrative tasks (10-20 hours per month): Eg. Manage standard payroll processes in Denmark and help with group administrative payroll related tasks including holidays, compensation, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education within in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in financial management or control at least 5-6 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and presentation abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • You live within a reasonable distance of the Holstebro area and can work out of our office at least 3-4 days a week 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
