That's why we're seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join us on our journey to become the world's leading enterprise-focused Studio Management Software.  You will become a part of a truly unique organization - working with team members from all over the world, and with clients among some of the world's most renowned brands, retailers, and content studios.

The role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Creative Force, you will act as a knowledge expert in the Creative Force platform, and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience while encouraging innovation through best practice. 
You will be a pivotal member of our customer-facing team, working closely with both Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and the rest of the Creative Force organization to provide valuable insights and recommendations and make significant impacts on our customer’s adoption of our platform.

You will be responsible for taking the customer from signup to first value!

Your 3 most important responsibilities will be: 

  • Build trust, and gain a solid understanding of our customer's needs and goals.
  • Create a plan that helps our customers achieve that goal through Creative Force, and empower them to innovate and streamline their studio operations.
  • Supporting a smooth transition from onboarding to customer success to facilitate rollout and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

In our team, we have both co-workers coming from a software background, and co-workers coming from a creative studio background. This helps us bring the best of both worlds to the table, and we consider it a strength that we as a team can combine our knowledge to balance and achieve the best overall result for our customers. 

For this particular position, we are seeking a candidate who has experience working in a content studio. Someone who knows the day-to-day studio operations and who understands the challenges creatives face. 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a creative content studio
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Solid people skills and change management skills
  • Ability to work out of our Boston Office at least twice a week
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experience with CaptureOne and Adobe Creative Cloud
