Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a great Front-end developer who is proficient with Javascript. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and front-end applications. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different infrastructure layers. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Tech stack

For the back-end, we are using: .NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Identity Server, RESTful APIs.

For the front-end, we are using: ReactJS, React Native, Electron, NodeJS, Angular 2+, a little C#, etc.

Besides that we also using many AWS services like EC2, S3, SQS, SES, Lambda, StepFunctions, API Gateway, Cloudfront, Route53, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Cognito, CodeArtifact, LoadBalancer, ElasticCache (Redis), inspector, KMS, MSK, OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), SNS, Storage Gateway, Transfer Family, VPC and WAF.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build robust, scalable, highly available, and reliable Front-end applications, mostly focusing on the desktop app using Electron framework.
  • Ensure the application is maintainable and extendable.
  • Building reusable components and Front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Work closely with the client teams and product design team to iterate quickly on new features and experiments.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and group brainstorming sessions.
  • Deliver high-quality code following best practices for better performance, user experience, and reusability.
  • Troubleshoot existing code bases, hunt down nasty bugs, and refactor code.

Requirements

  • Likely have 5+ years of experience depending on how fast you are learning and developing technical capability.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Strong experience in Electron frameworks and understanding their core principles.
  • Experience with ReactJS or Angular.
  • Experience in HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly.
  • Basic communication in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in performance optimization for Front-end applications.
  • Experience in Security and Pentest.
  • Experience in Micro Front-end.
  • Experience in leading a small team.
  • Ability to training and coaching for Junior Developers.
