Talent Acquisition Specialist

Holstebro, Denmark
People
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people.  As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority...
What's the vibe?

...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together.

And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

That means we don't always hire the people with the most experience. Some of us have PhDs. Others have spent multiple decades working at the top of our field. But we've also hired former tennis coaches, film students, photographers, hotel front desk workers, freelance travel agents, and fashion designers.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:

  • We love solving challenging problems.
  • We're passionate about the work we do.
  • And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, who go the extra mile to support one another, and who make work feel a little less like work.

But, hey, there are lots of job posts out there that are cool and vibey and explain how unique their company culture is (look, a ping-pong table!). We know, we've seen them. Some might be truer than others. As for us, we think you'll notice the good vibes the first time we chat.

What's the Role?

Still interested? Awesome. Here's the deal:

We have something kind of amazing at Creative Force. A product that's genuinely changing our industry. A team that actually likes each other (wild, we know). And a culture that isn't just a poster in the break room.

But here's the thing: we're growing. Fast. And we need someone who can help us keep finding the amazing humans who make this place what it is.

Enter: you. Our future Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You'll be running end-to-end recruitment across Europe and the US. You'll partner with hiring managers who are building teams that matter. You'll work with colleagues in Denmark and Vietnam who are doing genuinely cool things with AI in HR. And you'll be the person who makes sure every candidate we talk to gets why Creative Force is special.

This isn't a "post jobs and pray" kind of role. You'll be experimenting, improving, and literally helping us redesign what modern recruitment looks like at Creative Force. You'll have the freedom to try new things, the support to make them work, and the increasing autonomy to own the whole process as you grow into the role.

You’ll help craft employer branding initiatives that showcase who we really are, and help us build one of the most modern recruitment processes out there.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Self-Assessment

Normally, this is where you'd find a three-page-long list of required skills, including but not limited to: fire dancing, speed stacking, and knife-forging.

But it's 2026, so we aren't going to do that to you.

We do know, however, what characteristics we believe make a kick-ass Talent Acquisition Specialist. To help you evaluate if you'd be a good fit for this role, we've provided them below.

And real talk: We don't care about your previous job titles or how many years you've been doing this. Seriously. We care about who you are, how you think, and whether you'll thrive here. We don’t expect you to have done this before - we expect you to want to learn it.

You're Actually Passionate About People
Look, we know everyone says they're "people-focused" in interviews. But you? You genuinely light up when you make the right match. You care about candidate experience because you know what it's like to apply for jobs and hear nothing. You build relationships, not pipelines. And when someone you hired crushes it at Creative Force, it genuinely makes your day.

You Want to Grow
Within 90 days, you'll probably be running recruitment like you've been here forever. You'll be trusted, supported, and empowered to succeed. Even if that seems like a wild ride, you will never be alone, and we’ve got you covered for whatever you need.
And if you're the kind of person who wants to rocketship your career by working with thought-leaders who are constantly learning, growing, and pushing boundaries. Well, you're in the right place.

You Don't Wait to Be Told What to Do
You're the kind of person who sees something that needs doing and just... does it. You take initiative. You own outcomes. You don't need your hand held or permission to make improvements. In fact, you're probably already thinking of three ways to make our recruitment process better, and you haven't even applied yet.

You Can Make Culture Feel Real
Anyone can copy-paste values into a job post. But you? You can take the actual vibe of a company and translate it into content, stories, and experiences that make people want to join. You know that employer branding isn't marketing fluff. It's showing candidates who we really are and letting them decide if they belong here.

What we offer YOU
  • A fast-growing, exciting, and fun scaleup environment - with multiple international Employer Awards - and not those awards you can pay for, but the kind of awards given based on Employee reviews. It just doesn't get any better than that. ❤️
  • A flat and transparent organizational structure - no bureaucratic red tape. Your ideas and initiatives will be heard and embraced!
  • True work-life balance - we see our team members as people, not numbers, and know that a balanced personal and professional life is critical to happiness and long-term fulfillment
  • A new and expanding team with great opportunities to grow and develop your skills and career
  • A vibrant work culture grounded in the belief that we're better together
  • Company trips and events, and much more!
Who Isn't This Role For?

First up: we need someone in or near Holstebro, Denmark. Or who can work from our Holstebro office roughly twice a week. If that's not you, we'd love to chat when we have a role closer to you. But for this one? Location matters.

Second: here's where we'll be real honest with you. Things change at Creative Force. A lot. Like, a LOT a lot. And instead of freaking out, you get excited.

Our industry, our product, the world: rapid change is everywhere. Some people thrive on all the development opportunities, problem solving, innovation, and general rush that change offers. We're certainly those people, and it's one of our biggest competitive advantages and has been a critical ingredient of our success.

But we know that dynamism isn't for everyone. So if you are looking for a work experience that's a little more chill, hey, we don't blame you! But we probably aren't what you are looking for.

If you still don't know if Creative Force is for you, have a look at our Career Page, where you can read more about what it's like working for us.

How to apply?

Oh, and one more thing: attaching a resumé is totally optional.
We don't believe a list of previous jobs tells us who you are or what you're capable of. Honestly? We'd much rather watch a short video of you telling us a bit about yourself.
Just include a link in the application form.

We're looking forward to hearing from you!
