We take our customer's existing legacy systems, disorganized spreadsheets, and frustratingly manual processes and replace them with our purpose-built software solutions designed to help creatives work more efficiently and provide studio managers with greater insights into their operations.

The Role
We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist, a part of the Talent Acquisition team, at Creative Force. The successful candidate will identify branding challenges and find innovative ways to attract talent. The Employer Branding Specialist will help to elevate our content strategy and produce breakthrough candidate attraction and internal engagement content.
Responsibilities
- Create a detailed Content Pillar and develop Communications campaigns based on our Employer Branding strategy that promotes Creative Force as a Great Place to Work
- Plan and produce creative content (text & design) with audience insights crossing channels (focus on Facebook and LinkedIn Fanpage)
- Develop and implement new initiatives (online event/contest, video production, etc.) to drive more engagement & impact on social media
- Collaborate with the TA team members to organize recruiting events including job fairs, tech talks, talent/ management trainee programs, etc
- Support internal activities, such as Company Summit, Year End Party, monthly birthday parties, Mid-Autumn festival, etc.
- Create reports to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends, growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items
Requirements
- At least 02 years of experience with relevant experiences in Employer Branding
- Proficient in writing content on social media channels
- Experienced in content plan, strong knowledge for social media activities/channels, be creative and not hesitate to take new initiatives
- Have a data-driven with strong Excel skills, good understanding of social media KPIs/tools and result-oriented mindset, detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and proactively, think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
- High Proficiency in English (both Speaking and Writing)
Nice to have
- Ability to use designing, Photo/ Video editing tools
- Experienced in project management
- Experienced in working in IT Industry
- Understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver a successful outcome.
