Sales Development Representative

Boston, United States
At Creative Force, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. Since we are an Enterprise-focused SaaS company, you will work with some of the world’s leading brands, retailers, and commercial studios.

The role

As an SDR at Creative Force, you will represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. You will also manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the next steps.

In this position, you will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives and help the organization in identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing HubSpot, cold calls, and emails to generate new sales opportunities
  • Create drip campaigns to nurture potential leads
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What we are looking for

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up meetings.

You are a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

As the newest member of an international team, you are comfortable working autonomously in conjunction with support from your colleagues around the world.

We firmly believe in being “human”, so someone that is willing to be themself and strive to build genuine long-lasting relationships with their colleagues and customers is highly sought after — Integrity and honesty are at the heart of what we look for!

  • Two or more years of experience in sales or similar customer-facing field, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Able to work out of our Boston Office at least 3 times a week
